We provide wedding ceremonies for people of all backgrounds. Whether your needs are traditional or non-traditional, religious or spiritual, interfaith or intercultural, we provide inspiring and heartfelt ceremonies designed to reflect your love and you as a couple.

Your ceremony is one of the most important elements of your entire day. Just as a beautiful ceremony can set the tone for a successful and meaning day, so to can a poorly conducted and poorly organized one cast a shadow over your day. Unfortunately, the need to find someone to conduct the ceremony is often lost amongst the choosing of bridal gowns, flowers, cakes, invitations, music and other important planning items. So choosing an Officiant is sometimes relegated to the bottom of the list, when there are so many other details to attend to. Since your ceremony will be the highlight of your day, creating memories that will stay with you for years to come; it is wise to choose your Officiant carefully and early.

ministersEach ceremony reflects you as a couple – your love, your relationship, your beliefs and values. You will find a selection of vows that give you a wide range of choices. You can choose from the vows on this site or you may choose to write all or a portion of your vows.

Adding the memorable Unity Candle Ceremony, Rose Ceremony, Sand Ceremony, or a Children’s Ceremony will further enhance your wedding ceremonies. For those already married, you may wish to considerer a Renewal of Vows Ceremony, a commitment to as loving lifestyle and future years together.

Your ceremony may be conducted in a half hour or so. However, the time the Officiants spend on preparing, meeting, coordinating, traveling plus e-mails and phone calls far exceeds what your family and guests see at your ceremony. In most cases the Officiant fee is one of the less expensive items of all your expenditures. Yet, your Officiant and your ceremony are the two key items in your wedding day.

Our Officiants arrive at the ceremony approximately thirty minutes before the stated ceremony time and is helpful and supportive with last minute details and clarifications. They bring a sense of calmness and confidence to those pre-wedding moments.

Marriage License Details

The Officiant does not provide Marriage Licenses. The couple must obtain their marriage license at the Oregon County of their choice within 60 days of the date of the ceremony. A license purchased in any county is the state is valid anywhere within Oregon. The couple signs their license at the County Clerk’s office at the time of issuance; they do not sign their license after the ceremony along with the witnesses.

The Officiant takes care of the signing of the license by the bride and groom’s chosen witnesses right after the ceremony, often while photos are being taken. If there is an additional keepsake certificate obtained by the couple from their County Clerk, they sign document and takes care of having the witnesses sign this also. All witnesses on the official license must be over 18 years old. The keepsake certificate can be signed by witnesses of any age. This is the place to honor children of the bridal couple who might like to be the ‘witnesses’.

As our gift to you, you will be sent a Certified Copy of your Marriage License directly from the Recorder’s Office, and as a final remembrance, we will present the bride and groom with a printed copy of the wedding ceremony – a keepsake to cherish forever.
